ROLE OVERVIEW:
In this role, you'll work closely with our Sr. Finance Manager & CEO, handling tasks like accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, and payroll administration. This Finance Manager role demands a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in overseeing comprehensive financial processes.
The ideal candidate brings 6-8 years of administrative experience, including 4-5 years in bookkeeping or payroll, and proficiency in Google Suite, MS Word, Quickbooks, and Excel. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with senior executives are crucial. Experience with an agency or startup environment is a plus.

FINANCE ADMINISTRATION MANAGER POSITION DETAILS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Oversee accounts receivable and invoicing for accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage accounts payable and vendor relations for efficient transactions.
- Handle invoicing and bookkeeping with a focus on strategic record-keeping.
- Lead deposit and expense reconciliation for financial integrity.
- Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage HR enrollments, enhancing the employee experience.
- Handle general office administration for an organized workplace.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for strategic insights.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 4-5 years of progressive administrative experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping and payroll experience.
- 2+ years in Accounts Payable/Receivable with strong financial skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite, MS Word, QuickBooks, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in communicating with Senior Executives and contributing strategically.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and resourcefulness.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Collage or similar), Payment processors (Amex, Authorize.net, Psigate, ACH, etc.), and Payroll software (ADP or similar) is preferred.
