**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business development and growth initiatives.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for senior management.
- Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and professional development.
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Analyze financial data to inform decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in finance management or a related role, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance principles, risk management practices, and budgeting processes.
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Experience in conducting risk analysis and developing financial strategies for business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
