Notre client est une institution bancaire et financière internationale avec des divisions situées en Amérique, en Europe, en Asie et au Moyen-Orient. Ils sont en train d'établir leur premier bureau canadien et s'attendent à une croissance exponentielle.
Dans ce rôle, l'Assistant(e) Exécutif(ve) apportera un soutien à l'équipe de direction du Canada en effectuant des tâches administratives dans le cadre de l'équipe de gestion de bureau. L'équipe est composée de 20 professionnels de la gestion répartis entre Montréal et Toronto.
Responsabilités principales
- Assister la direction du Canada dans la réalisation de tous les dossiers administratifs et projets spéciaux.
- Maintenir l'agenda et les contacts de la direction du Canada à jour en tout temps.
- Coordonner et organiser les visites des dirigeants internationaux.
- Assurer la liaison avec les autres assistants exécutifs dans toutes les régions.
- Réserver les voyages d'affaires pour la direction du Canada et fournir un soutien administratif, y compris les fonctions de réceptionniste.
- Produire, compléter et préparer divers rapports pour les bureaux du Canada, de New York et de Paris.
- Rédiger et réviser la correspondance, les documents internes et les présentations.
- Superviser le fonctionnement et la maintenance du classement ainsi que la mise à jour et l'exactitude du classement (dossiers généraux et administratifs).
- Contribuer à l'organisation d'événements, à la communication et aux initiatives des employés.
Connaissances et compétences
- 4+ ans d'expérience dans un environnement pertinent
- Éducation postsecondaire
- Connaissance approfondie des outils de la suite Microsoft : Word, Excel, Power Point et Visio
- Sens élevé de l'organisation et attention aux détails
- prend l'initiative d'améliorer l'organisation et l'efficacité des processus et des procédures
- Peu de supervision et capacité à travailler dans un environnement changeant et stressant.
- Capacité à communiquer oralement et par écrit en français et en anglais (vous devrez servir des clients anglophones et travailler avec des collègues anglophones).
- Aptitude au professionnalisme et à la confidentialité
- La connaissance d'autres logiciels informatiques est un avantage.
