Job Description

As a Purchasing Specialist at Lori Morris Design, you'll undertake a multifaceted role that involves managing inventory, handling product & pricing, maintaining product codes, and organizing our backup files with precision.


Your responsibilities extend to meticulously curating and managing all decoration catalogues. It's essential to input data onto schedules meticulously, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submitting them to the accounting department. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in preparing information for site visits and client presentations for client meetings.


  • Schedule entry and inventory management
  • Procurement of furniture and decoration per managers instruction
  • Ensuring all pricing and codes are up to date and accurate
  • Data entry onto a project schedule
  • Review and submit quotes to finance and review Pos
  • Prep info for site visits
  • Prep/print presentations for client presentation 
  • Working in a team-environment
  • Reports to Head of Decoration
  • Salary is 45-50K pending experience
