**Supply Chain Specialist/Purchaser (In Pharmaceuticals) (FULL TIME)**

**Company Description**:
Attix Pharmaceuticals is a service provider for licensed distributors in North America. Our licensed distributors supply a full line of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), nutraceuticals, peptides, cosmetic ingredients, natural herbal extracts as well as specialty excipients.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring inventory and ordering products
- Processing and following up with purchase orders
- Resolving any issues related to purchase orders
- Interacting and building strong relationships with suppliers
- Analyzing suppliers’ quotations and calculating costs and margins
- Analyzing sales & product costs
- Material sourcing and procuring qualified manufacturers
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualification**:

- **Applicants must be a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen**:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in sourcing and purchasing in the pharmaceutical, pharmacy, food and cosmetic industries or similar industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills
- Strong logical and creative thinking skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Able to work independently and efficiently in a team environment
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel, with strong keyboarding skills
- Strong time management, interpersonal and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task

**Education**:

- University Degree

**Annual Salary**: Starting from $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience; salary can be increased after probation based on performance.

**Benefit**: Employee Benefit plan and up to 10% annual performance bonus paid out quarterly after completing probation.

**Full Time Working Hours**: 35 hours weekly, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

**Location**: Downtown Toronto

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5G 1T6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Postgraduate Purchasing: 3 years (required)
