Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our team. The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for procuring materials, negotiating prices, and managing vendor relationships to ensure the timely acquisition of goods for our organization.

**Duties**:

- Procure materials and supplies in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure advantageous agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Utilize purchasing systems and tools to track orders, manage inventory, and generate reports
- Fabricate purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records
- Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities

**Skills**:

- Proficient in procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles
- Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed purchasing decisions
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $7,600.00 per month
