About the Role: 


As a Certification and Compliance Coordinator at Alphabyte, you will be responsible for assisting with obtaining certifications, managing designations, and supporting our cybersecurity practices. You will also assist with client management, sales support, program management, and various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities


  • Certification management - Assist in obtaining and maintaining industry certifications and professional designations
  • Cybersecurity support - Help implement and maintain cybersecurity practices and protocols
  • Internal audits - Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Client management support - Provide administrative support for client relations and project coordination
  • Sales support - Assist with sales activities and client proposals
  • Program and project management - Support program and project management activities, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals
  • Partnership management - Assist in developing and managing strategic partnerships
  • Keeping up with industry standards - Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
  • Administrative tasks - Perform various administrative tasks to support the team and ensure smooth operations
  • RFP writing - Assist in writing and managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree - Required in a related field
  • Experience in fast-paced environments - Proven ability to thrive in dynamic and rapidly changing settings
  • Certification and compliance knowledge - Familiarity with industry certifications and compliance standards
  • Strong IT skills - Proficiency in using various software and tools related to cybersecurity and project management
  • Project management skills - Experience in managing projects and programs efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
