We are currently in search of a Safety Compliance Coordinator who embodies a positive demeanor and is eager to contribute to the Grace Transport team.

Position: Full-Time Safety Compliance Coordinator

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the transportation field
  • Solid comprehension of Hours-of-Service regulations and familiarity with E-Logs is advantageous
  • Experience with Truck Mate software is a plus
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, coupled with proficient computer skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision are essential
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities are required
  • A collaborative spirit and a positive outlook are crucial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Hours-of-Service compliance for the fleet
  • Processing and auditing driver logs for thoroughness and accuracy
  • Reviewing and addressing all traffic violations, warnings, convictions, or incidents
  • Assisting with DVIRs, CVORs, Drivers Abstracts, and critical occurrences
  • Generating and analyzing reports as necessary
  • Supporting PIP and C-TPAT initiatives
  • Continuously reviewing safety policies, procedures, and practices
  • Facilitating customer-specific driver training in collaboration with both customers and drivers
  • Handling after-hours inquiries regarding Hours-of-Service issues on occasion
  • Assisting with the Drug & Alcohol program
  • Engaging in additional projects as required, ensuring all tasks are completed with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
