Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at WM Uniform Group in Richmond, BC. The Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, developing marketing strategies, providing customer service, conducting sales training, and managing sales operations.


Key responsibilities:

  1. Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate leads and introduce the company's products and services.
  2. Customer Support: Attend to customer inquiries and understand their needs, providing solutions and assistance as required.
  3. Product Presentation: Clearly present and explain the company's products and services to both existing and potential customers in an engaging manner.
  4. Targeted Marketing: Identify and target specific sectors that align with our product offerings, ensuring effective communication with prospective clients.
  5. Marketing Materials: Prepare and design marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.) tailored to different sectors and customer needs.


Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
  • Experience in the uniform or apparel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
