Complete solutions using our integrated technology have been in service for years with major carriers around the world. Our technologies help transportation companies go green by optimizing their operations.
Functions:
- Understand and meet the different needs of existing and potential customers: technical information, quotes, orders, etc.
- Work closely with management, the sales representative (B2B), the project manager and the technical department to develop and maintain strong business relationships based on trust with customers
- Always provide optimal customer service to current and potential customers
- Provide added value to the customer's shopping experience
- Make product recommendations
- Provide, enter and track customer quote requests and orders.
Requirements
- College or Bachelor degree (business administration, commercial management, engineering/technical or related field);
- Excellent English, spoken and written (other languages an asset);
- Understand or interested in technologies, electronics, informatics and technical fields;
- Relevant professional experience of more than 3 years;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
- Meet the company’s health, safety and confidentiality standards;
- Relevant business experience in the technology sector (an asset)
- Experience working with a CRM (an asset)
