Typical Day in Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to Group Benefit customers to obtain their consent to direct their case to one of client's preferred pharmacies. Additionally, you will explain the benefits of our Case Management program, which connects patients with extra care and support related to managing their treatment and administering their pharmacy drugs. Training will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared to excel in this role.
- Make outbound calls to Group Benefit customers to obtain consent for directing their case to a preferred pharmacy.
- Explain the benefits and features of client’s Case Management program to customers.
- Answer customer inquiries related to their group benefits, pharmacy options, and the Case Management program.
- Document and update customer interactions and consent in the system accurately and promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken) is required.
- Note: role will primarily be in English however bilingualism is required to manage French requests.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and communication.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and provide logical solutions.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system and pharmaceutical drugs is an asset.
Education:
- Minimum Highschool completion.

Compassionate, empathetic with the ability to manage ambiguity. Ideal candidate has contact center experience and is strong in both languages.
