Tech Mahindra is seeking a skilled Bilingual Associate to join their team

About the Role

As a Bilingual Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in both English and French. You will be communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide information about products and services.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Investigate and resolve customer disputes and billing complaints
  • Escalate unresolved issues to designated departments
  • Recommend product and service improvements to customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year call center experience preferred
  • 1 year sales experience preferred
  • The ability to pass a background check
  • Fluent proficiency in English and French
