Customer Success Manager

Our mission is to support academic and research communities by facilitating meetings and exchanges. We build tools to optimize the efficiency of conference organizers and maximize the impact of events for participants, primarily for universities and associations. Experiencing strong growth 📈, we aim to become THE globally recognized solution for academic conferences of all sizes.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will reinforce the team and play a central role in turning our clients into evangelists.
Main challenges:
⚡ Onboard our clients onto the platform by showing them what it can do
⚡ Provide incredible support to retain clients and grow word-of-mouth We use top tools: Hubspot, Intercom, etc.
⚡ Bring and implement ideas to improve the customer experience and track performance.
⚡ Work closely with the product owner (CEO), sales, and design to share feedback from organizers.
We are looking for someone who:
- Speaks and writes fluently in French and English.
- Is a "people person" who loves talking to and helping people. Empathy, curiosity, and proactivity are key.
- Pushes their limits when faced with a new challenge
- Is deeply passionate about something, and whose interests and experiences will contribute to our flourishing culture. We’ll share more about this during one of our weekly "Iced Tea & Learn" sessions.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Customer Success Manager qui jouera un rôle central dans la transformation de nos clients en évangélistes.
Les principaux défis:
⚡ Onboarder nos nos clients sur la plateforme en leur faisant découvrir ce qu'elle permet
⚡ Offrir un support incroyable afin de les fidéliser, de faire croître le bouche-à-oreille On utilise de top outils: Hubspot, Intercom, etc.
⚡ Amener et mettre en place des idées pour améliorer l'expérience client et tracker la performance.
⚡ Travailler en lien étroit avec le product owner (CEO), les ventes et le design pour partager les retours des organisateurs.
