Your mission: As a dynamic HR technician, you will be the cornerstone of administrative support. You will play a crucial role in being the first point of contact for our employees, answering their questions and ensuring their experience at OPTEL is exceptional.

  • Outstanding communicator: Your ability to listen, understand and respond effectively to employee requests is essential.
  • Savvy planner: You will manage several HR projects brilliantly, ensuring impeccable administrative follow-up.
  • Organizing Master: Your skills in documentation and classification will be the key to keeping our information system structured and up to date.
  • Insightful Analyst: Thanks to your mastery of Google Sheets, you will prepare reports that will guide our strategic decisions.
  • Integration Ambassador: YOU will facilitate welcoming and integrating new talents, thus contributing to their success.
  • Strategic partner: In collaboration with our international teams, you will participate in the implementation of processes that unify our practices.

Your Baggage:

  • Training: A college diploma in administrative techniques, office automation, administration or human resources or relevant experience.
  • Toolbox: From the Office Suite to Google tools, you have solid knowledge of Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, as well as Gmail, at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Interpersonal skills: An innate talent for customer service, a warm and professional approach.
  • Intrinsic Abilities: Rigor, autonomy, discretion and excellent organizational skills are your undisputed allies.
  • Other tools: Experience with an HRIS; a bonus point if it’s ADP.
