As Digital Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing and managing impactful campaigns from the world's best brands across our network. Responsibilities:

As a key player in the Customer Success team, you will be designing and coordinating the execution of digital campaigns and delivering against clients' expectations (ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPL, CPA).

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage client communications from onboarding to reporting.
  • Work closely with the Client Success Manager to design winning media plans and identify the best publisher fit on our network for every campaign.
  • Activate campaigns following the media plan.
  • Own the campaign lifecycle that includes: assets collection, campaign setup, tracking setup, data collection, performance monitoring, and optimization.
  • Monitor campaign budget depletion.
  • Provide performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage cross-functional communication with tech teams to support campaign execution.
  • Own the communication with existing publishers, and performance partners and utilize various digital platforms to deliver the best performance possible.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ad manager tools: DSPs, Taboola, Meta, Google ads, and others.
  • Strong knowledge of digital campaign optimization tactics.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful delivery of CPA, CPC, and CPL campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking tools and their implementation.
  • Experience working with affiliate platforms.
  • Experience building reports and interpreting data using MS Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI, and other tools.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and driving ROAS.
  • Experience building landing pages.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing startup environment
  • Empathetic attitude with all stakeholders
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken), French is a plus.
