Now, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager (AM) to own client success, optimize performance-driven campaigns, and foster long-term partnerships that drive measurable results.
Position: Digital Marketing Account Manager (AM)Reports to: Director of Account Management
Manages: No direct reports
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 base + commission & bonuses
OTE (On-Target Earnings):
Year 1: $90,000+
Year 2: $120,000+
Year 3: $150,000+
What You'll Be DoingAs an Account Manager, you are the linchpin between clients and internal execution teams. You'll oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Your role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication, delivering measurable business impact, and driving exceptional client satisfaction.
Own & manage client relationships—serve as the primary contact, understand business goals, and drive success
Oversee & optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social, Content Marketing, Email)
Analyze & report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement
Strategically upsell & expand services to maximize client growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Output KPIs: Revenue growth, lead generation performance, conversion rates, ROI, and client retention.
Input KPIs: Campaign turnaround times, number of campaigns launched, and quality of reporting.
What We're Looking ForHard Skills:Deep understanding of direct response advertising, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing
Proficiency in Google Analytics, SERPstat, and campaign management tools
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and drive strategic decisions
Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page best practices
Understanding of media buying principles on Meta and TikTok
Soft Skills:Passionate about industry trends and digital marketing innovation
Strong grasp of consumer psychology and audience targeting
Exceptional client relationship management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts
Collaborative mindset—works well with cross-functional teams
Experience Required:3+ years of experience in digital marketing or account management
Agency experience is a plus
Proven track record of managing & optimizing multi-channel campaigns
Strong understanding of direct response advertising
