This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business development, marketing, and client success teams to craft innovative solutions and drive expansion into new verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Conference and Event Engagement
- Represent the company at 10+ industry conferences annually, showcasing innovative solutions to prospective clients.
- Build meaningful connections and turn introductions into long-term business opportunities.
- Coordinate follow-ups post-event to ensure leads are nurtured and converted.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up
- Manage inbound leads, ensuring quick response times and effective qualification.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients and build strong partnerships.
- Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue.
Vertical Expansion Strategy
- Work with leadership to explore new industry verticals, including higher education, government, and youth-focused organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, key players, and untapped opportunities.
- Develop and pitch tailored solutions to address the unique needs of new markets.
Relationship Management
- Nurture existing client relationships to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and campaign execution.
- Become a trusted advisor and go-to resource for clients seeking impactful advertising solutions.

- Strong CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers across industries.
