What You'll Do
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. You will leverage your expertise in advertising, higher education, or enterprise sales to manage complex sales cycles, lead RFP processes, and develop long-term business development strategies. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to expand market presence and establish high-value partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, experience working with enterprise-level clients, and a passion for building meaningful, long-term relationships in the advertising industry.
Key Responsibilities
Industry Engagement & Business Development
- Represent the company at key industry conferences and events, positioning it as a leader in the OOH space.
- Build and manage relationships with decision-makers across key industries, including higher education, government, and youth-focused organizations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to inform strategic business development efforts.
Enterprise Sales & RFP Management
- Lead and manage the full RFP process, from initial engagement to proposal development and contract negotiation.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure enterprise-level deals, working with marketing agencies, universities, and government entities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and innovative advertising solutions for prospective clients.
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Work closely with leadership to develop and implement long-term business development strategies that drive sustainable growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new revenue opportunities and untapped verticals.
- Develop strategic partnerships that position the company for expansion into new geographic and industry markets.
Relationship & Account Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and continued revenue growth.
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Digital Ops, and Client Success) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize the value of existing relationships.
Who You Are
- Experienced Business Developer: You have 5+ years in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in OOH advertising, digital marketing, or higher education.
- Enterprise Sales Expert: You have experience managing complex sales cycles and working with enterprise-level clients.
- Strategic Thinker: You understand the long game of business development and know how to build a pipeline that delivers sustainable growth.
- RFP Leader: You have successfully navigated the RFP process and won high-value contracts.
- Relationship-Driven: You know how to cultivate meaningful relationships that drive long-term success.
- Results-Oriented: You thrive on hitting and exceeding targets, with a proven track record of driving revenue.
- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and leveraging data to inform your strategies.
What We Offer
