Full Time Contract - $60k - $85k CAD + Uncapped Bonuses - OTE $100k+

As we continue to expand our North American operations, we're seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to drive growth through phone sales. This fully remote role offers you the unique opportunity to build your pipeline from the ground up, shape your own journey, and establish Kings of Neon as a market leader in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Development: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, driving B2B phone sales across North America.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with business owners, designers, event planners, and key decision-makers.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Solution Presentation: Present and pitch LED neon signage solutions that add value to businesses and spaces.
- Strategic Leadership: Work independently to establish sales processes and strategies, playing a key role in shaping Kings of Neon's North American growth.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress and meet revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in phone sales and business development, ideally within B2B sales.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—you'll be building the North American market from the ground up.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- A track record of success in a target-driven, high-performance sales environment.
- The ability to work remotely and independently, managing your own pipeline and sales strategy.
- A passion for branding, design, and creative signage solutions is a plus
