Nous recrutons activement des agents pour un centre de télé-surveillance. Poste permanent et à temps plein – bilingue. Le candidat sera responsable de la gestion de toutes les activités de signal d'alarme entrant et de prendre les mesures appropriées selon les instructions. Y compris la vidéosurveillance et le contrôle des équipements de sécurité sur place dans les installations. L'associé effectuera également des appels sortants afin d'envoyer les services de police/d'incendie concernant les activités d'alarme tout en suivant les procédures d'exploitation standard. Ce rôle nécessite un travail téléphonique intense ainsi que la prise d'instructions verbales, la dactylographie, la lecture et l'écriture.

L'échelle salariale pour ce poste se situe entre 21,42 $ et 29,79 $. De plus, nous offrons d'autres opportunités et avantages comme suit :

Prime de soir, de nuit et de fin de semaine : 1,50 $ de plus par heure

Les heures supplémentaires, lorsqu'elles sont effectuées à la demande de la Compagnie, sont payées sur la base suivante ; tarif et demi (1 1/2) pour les quatre (4) premières heures supplémentaires de tous les jours ouvrables réguliers et tarif double par la suite.

Le taux double sera payé pour tout travail effectué à la demande de la Compagnie le jour de congé de l'employé.

Six (6) congés personnels payés par an

Options pour échanger des quarts de travail avec d'autres employés et/ou donner ou prendre des quarts de travail partiels ou complets à ou d'autres employés.

Lorsqu'il est prévu de travailler un jour férié, les heures travaillées sont rémunérées à tarif et demi (1 1/2). Vous avez également la possibilité de prendre ce jour de congé à une date ultérieure au tarif régulier payé.

 

Comment allez-vous procéder

  • Résoudre les problèmes opérationnels, de service à la clientèle et/ou d'employés.
  • Utiliser l'équipement du centre d'appels et l'équipement périphérique.
  • Interagir avec les clients externes et internes par téléphone, courriel
  • Promouvoir une atmosphère positive de service à la clientèle.
  • Entreprenez les actions nécessaires lorsque des signaux irréguliers sont reçus ou qu'un problème survient.
  • Travailler avec des techniciens, des gardes, etc. pour s'assurer que les signaux sont reçus correctement et que les circuits et les dispositifs de signalisation sont rétablis.
  • Avertissez les autorités compétentes et les clients si le signal d'alarme est reçu.
  • Doit être en mesure de respecter les procédures d'exploitation standard et les instructions spéciales.
  • Répondez rapidement et précisément aux appels téléphoniques entrants.
  • Documentez toutes les activités d'alarme et les appels téléphoniques des abonnés via un-PC et des rapports d'activité.
  • Autres tâches assignées.

 

Ce que nous recherchons

Pré requis

  • Doit être prêt à travailler soit le jour, le soir ou la nuit. Les quarts de travail permanent sont offerts par ordre d’ancienneté. La majorité des rotations nécessitent à travailler une fin de semaine sur deux.
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou GED
  • Bilingue français et anglais
  • Expérience en centre d'appels préférée. Une expérience en sécurité est aussi préférée.

Préféré:

  • Compétences professionnelles en communication, écrite et verbale.
  • Connaissances informatiques intermédiaires, y compris Microsoft Windows.
  • Capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement de travail a la cadence rapide.
  • Aisance à gérer les situations d'urgence potentielles.
  • Capable de taper un minimum de 25 mots par minute.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles, capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et souci du détail.

 

Entrainement de 4 à 6 semaine est fourni par la compagnie durant un horaire de jours

We are actively recruiting for a full-time permanent Monitoring Center Agent - Bilingual responsible for handling all incoming alarm signal activities and taking appropriate action per instruction. Including video surveillance and monitoring of security equipment on-site at facilities. The associate will also make outbound calls in order to dispatch Police/Fire Departments regarding alarm activities while following standard operating procedures. This role requires heavy phone work as well as taking verbal instructions, typing, reading, speaking and writing.

The salary range for this position is between $21.42 and $29.79. In addition, we offer other opportunities and benefits as follows:

Evening, night & weekend premium: additional $1.50 per hours

Overtime, when worked at the Company's request, shall be paid on the following basis; time and one half (1 1/2) for the first four (4) hours of overtime on all regular working days and double time thereafter.

Double time shall be paid for all work performed at the Company's request on the employee's day off

Six (6) paid personal days off per year

Options to trade shifts with other employees and/or, Give or take partial or full shifts to or from other employees.

When scheduled to work on a statutory holiday, hours worked are paid at time and one half (1 1/2). You also have the option to take that day off at an ulterior date at regular paid rate.

How you will do it

  • Resolve operational, customer service and/or employee issues.
  • Operate all call center equipment and peripheral equipment.
  • Interact with external and internal customers via telephone, email
  • Promote a positive customer service atmosphere.
  • Initiate necessary action when irregular signals are received, or trouble develops.
  • Work with outside repair technicians, guards, etc. to ensure that signals are received properly and that circuits and signaling devices are restored to normal operation.
  • Notify appropriate authorities and customers if alarm signal is received.
  • Must be able to adhere to standard operating procedures and special instructions.
  • Respond quickly and precisely to incoming phone calls.
  • Document all alarm activity and subscriber phone calls via PC and activity reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we look for

Required

  • Must be ready to work either days, evenings or nights. Permanent shifts are offered in order of seniority. Most rotations require working one weekend out of two.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual French and English 
  • Call center experience preferred. Security experience is also preferred.

Preferred

  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge including Microsoft Windows.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Comfortable handling potential emergency situations.
  • Able to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and detail orientation.
