**Your contributions to the team include**:
- Conversing with inquiries in order to attract, education and rent units.
- Photographing rental properties and advertising on social media.
- Proactively contact site leads and applicants to foster successful lead generation and reduce vacancy rates.
- Book viewing appointments with potential tenants.
- Schedule lease singing with approved clients and reviewing documents during signing.
- Posting of notices and conducting unit move in/move out/quarterly inspections
**What you need to be successful**:
- Able to effectively communicate in both writing and verbally.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Flexible availability (rotating on call phone for emergencies)
Benefits available after 3-month probation period.
**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
