As their Inside Sales Consultant you will be responsible for handling the entire inside sales process from proposal to close. This may be done over the phone or in person via walk-in clients. May consist of tracking down new sales prospects and maintaining relationships with potential future buyers.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell a product or service and manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
  • Conduct sales over the phone or in person with walk-in clients.
  • Identify and track new sales prospects while maintaining relationships with potential future buyers.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the product or service through training sessions, hands-on experience, or personal use.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas set by management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products or services and follow up on customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain contact with key accounts and prospective clients.
  • Track sales activity, maintain records for leads, and update account status.
  • Handle the entire inside sales process, from proposal to closing deals.
  • Participate in special training to understand the technical aspects of products or services.

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales background
  • Pipeline management experience
  • Computer proficiency
