A leading environmental services company is seeking an experienced systems administrator to support L2 and L3 in the Quebec IT department.


MUST BE FRENCH SPEAKING


The company will pay for all of your certifications, get 4 weeks vacation including over xmas and new year and get 5% RRSP.


Flexi work hours are available


Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and support computer desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices via a ticketing system and issue resolution process.
  • Assist System Administrators in day-to-day operations and maintenance of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP scopes, GPOs.
  • Assist System Administrators in Windows Servers, NTFS Permissions and MFA / Duo management.
  • Assist Network Engineers in LAN, Wireless LAN and WAN troubleshooting on Cisco devices.


Skills/Must have:

  • Good working knowledge across multiple IT disciplines (hardware, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO)
  • Hands-on experience in basic configuration and support on Cisco Switches and Wireless APs.
  • Must be fluent in French and English, written and verbal.
