In 2023 he started a B2B Media company that aims to help people turn their passions into profit through content creation. They are a leading resource of tools and community helping people streamline their content creation, SEO, marketing, and automation. They are growing their office in Kelowna BC and need passionate and driven sales talent to help them help their clients.
Role Overview:
This role will allow you to work with entrepreneurs and business owners who are looking for support with their digital marketing. This is a sales consultant position that requires NO meetings and NO phones - simply just tackling communicating with leads flooding through their chat system and social media DM's daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily lead assignments and execute 500-1000 chats daily
- Convert DM's to deals (No payment plans only PIF deals)
- Generate additional opportunities, enhancing our sales momentum.
- Display high EQ and leadership, holding a high standard, connecting effortlessly with diverse clients.
- Flourish in a culture of growth, learning, and adaptability, aligned with the company's vision.
Requirements:
- YOU MUST BE IN CANADA
- MUST BE ABLE TO LIVE & WORK IN KELOWNA BC (open to residents or people looking to relocate)
- MUST SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY
- MUST HAVE NORTH AMERICAN SALES EXPERIENCE
- MUST NOT REQUIRE A VISA SPONSORSHIP
Who You Are:
- A highly coachable individual, brimming with self-drive, accountability, and a solution-focused approach.
- Eager to learn and excel while helping entrepreneurs make major turning points
- A people person with sales experience (Phone Sales, DM Setting, or DM Closing - b2b experience is a bonus)
- Able to work onsite in Kelowna
- Someone passionate about personal development
Compensation:
On target earnings of $160k/year including a base salary of $50k/year and 5% commission on cash collected (ONLY PIF deals no payment plans)
