Role Overview


We are seeking a Strategic Event Planner who is passionate about creating impactful and engaging events that align with our company’s growth and brand objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, including conferences, webinars, workshops, and social activities. You will work closely with our marketing and executive teams to ensure that every event supports our strategic goals and enhances our industry presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with BoomerangFX’s business objectives and enhances our brand presence.
  • Planning & Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of events, including logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and leadership, to ensure seamless integration of event goals and objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective event solutions.
  • Attendee Experience: Enhance attendee engagement by creating memorable experiences and ensuring that all events are executed flawlessly.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate event success through metrics and feedback, providing insights and recommendations for future events.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for marketing, PR, and event activities. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution


Additional Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, product announcements, and automated email series.
  • Design email templates and write engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, and other team members to create cohesive and visually appealing emails.
  • Manage and segment the email subscriber list to ensure targeted and relevant communications.
  • Graphic design skills are preferred


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing,, and event planning, with a proven ability to scale brand initiatives effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic brand marketing plans and successful PR campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding high-performance teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for designing and producing marketing materials.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, including creating and managing marketing campaigns, lead generation, and performance tracking.
  • Experience with customizing HTML to develop and optimize email marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and effectively engage with media and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail and innovation.
