About Our Client:

Our client is a trusted, long-standing firm serving individuals, businesses, and not-for-profit organizations with expert audit, accounting, and tax services.


In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with partners, clients, and team members, with an emphasis on review and audit engagements, as well as corporate tax work.



What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • CPA Designation or enrolled
  • 3-6 years of experience in public accounting.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage your own tasks and contribute to the overall office workflow.
  • Proficient in Canadian tax, both corporate and personal, to effectively work with partners and clients on tax compliance and planning for owner-managed businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and trusts.
  • Strong leadership skills to oversee engagements, ensure high-quality file preparation, develop technical and analytical abilities, and maintain clear communication with clients and colleagues. You’ll also delegate and supervise work for junior staff when needed.
  • Familiarity with accounting, tax, and document management software, such as CaseWare, Doc-it, Taxprep, QuickBooks, and Sage.
  • Ability to identify and implement technology solutions to address client business challenges and drive office efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both with clients and within the team.
