Director of Quality Assurance

-Own the end to end vision, delivery and execution of the QA and Release Management strategy

-Ensure that the contents of each release are understood, thoroughly tested and aligns with the quality gates defined

-Drive release execution improvements that result in deployment efficiencies, including automation of manual processes.

-Define KPI’s to help provide insight into release and testing performance while driving opportunities for improvement through data analysis

-Conduct monthly service reviews to assess overall performance to ensure it is meeting or exceeding the goals of the business

-Own the maintenance of QA automation tools including regression and performance testing

-Accelerate automation of manual testing backlog

-Promote CI/CD test automation for all software installs across all services

-Facilitate cross team collaboration to ensure that quality standards are being upheld in according with SDLC practices.


What You’ll Bring


-Results driven leader with experience building and leading QA and Release Management teams (7-10 years+)

-Strong knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies

-Designing and developing test automation frameworks

-Experience with building processes from ground up to help drive overall software quality

-Detail-oriented with a penchant for identifying inconsistencies (software or process)

-Experience creating test plans, automation with a focus on creating efficiencies and quality
