We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Quality Assurance (QA) for our Implementation Team to join us and drive our QA strategy forward.


Position Overview:

The Director of QA for the Implementation Team will oversee the end-to-end vision, delivery, and execution of our QA strategy for implementation projects. This role requires a results-driven leader with extensive experience in testing complex systems, focusing on automation and transformation, and with a background in software development to ensure seamless collaboration with technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills to effectively interact with various teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • QA Strategy Development: Own the QA vision and strategy for the implementation team, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Automation Leadership: Drive the acceleration of automation processes within implementation projects, focusing on eliminating manual testing backlogs and promoting CI/CD test automation across all services.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure thorough understanding and testing of all project requirements for client implementations, adhering to defined quality gates and standards.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into testing performance, leveraging data analysis to drive continuous improvement within the implementation team.
  • Tool Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of QA automation tools, including regression and performance testing frameworks, tailored for implementation needs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective collaboration between QA, internal technical teams, external clients, and other stakeholders to uphold quality standards in accordance with SDLC practices within client onboarding.
  • Service Reviews: Conduct monthly service reviews to assess overall performance of the QA team and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously drive improvements in implementation delivery quality to achieve deployment efficiencies and streamline processes.



What You’ll Bring:

  • Leadership Experience: A results-driven leader with over 7-10+ years of experience in building and leading QA teams.
  • Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies.
  • Automation Skills: Expertise in designing and developing test automation frameworks, with a focus on creating efficiencies and ensuring high-quality software within implementation projects.
  • Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for identifying inconsistencies in software and processes.
  • Process Development: Proven experience in building QA processes from the ground up to enhance overall software quality for client implementations.
  • Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with internal teams and external clients effectively, ensuring smooth implementation processes.
