We are looking for 3 positive, driven, trustworthy individuals to join our team as Healthcare Care Coordinators to help us with initiatives while developing your Accident Benefit skills.

What you'll do
  • Ensure prioritization of claims payments to customers and stakeholders

  • Effective communication of payments to customers and stakeholders to reduce failure demand

  • Handle daily extraction of HCAI data to forward to HCAI Robot for automated payment

  • Reconcile errors report from the HCAI robot

  • Maintain onsite and offsite storage of all Healthcare physical Claims documents.

  • Assist with file copy request from different file storage platform

  • Claims assignments and new claim set up

  • Working on unmatched documents and attached to a claim or finding a home for the documents

  • Other tasks as required such as investigation searches and requesting for medical documents from different sources

  • Career progression - Develop skills and experience for role progression to adjustment of accident benefits claims

What you'll Bring
  • 1 year Insurance related office experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of general office support / clerical duties and general computer usage

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft programs, word and excel

  • Understanding and accuracy of working with various systems

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • Outstanding time management and organization skills

  • Ability to multitask, and achieve team and individual targets

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous experience with Claims Center and Outlook (nice to have)
