Client Services Coordinator

Compass Homecare is looking to add to our Client Services team
**Location**: Markham (temporarily remote)
**Hours**:
Full-time (8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday)
Some nights and weekend on-call
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive referrals from public, private and insurance companies and determines appropriate staff to be scheduled
- Communicates directly with clients to determine scheduling requirements
- Confirms services with client, family and Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS)
- Assists with recruiting/onboarding initiatives
- Accurately provides client information and travel information to scheduled team members
- Ensures and maintains continuity of schedule for every client
- Resolves and documents day to day issues in a timely manner.
- Communicates with all stakeholders scheduling changes
- Ensures client safety
- Prepares incident reports as required and ensures
- Daily tasks including filing, faxing, reading and processing files
**Qualifications**:
- Strong scheduling and coordination experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented individual with strong organizational skills
- Strong organization skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to cover daytime or evening shifts
