About the Company


A prestigious, global B2B and B2C iGaming company are seeking an experienced senior marketing professional to join them as "Director of Casino".


This person will spearhead their launch and expansion into the world of online casino with several brand and new market launches projected on the roadmap over the next 12 months.


Based in the vibrant city of Toronto, the role offers the perfect blend of strategic oversight and hands-on marketing leadership with the chance to build a new online casino division from scratch, but with the backing from an established iGaming group who have a huge existing global customer base in other product verticals across North America, LATAM, Asia and Europe.


About the Role


This is a unique chance to shape the future of online gaming, focused on driving both user acquisition and retention while overseeing promotional cross-sell activities, casino brand positioning, and overall commercial growth.


Reporting directly to the Global Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company's ambitious growth plans and cementing their claim to become a market leading iGaming group.


Responsibilities


  • Leading the launch and growth of new online casino brands across multiple global markets.
  • Developing and executing strategies for overall marketing activities aimed at driving user acquisition and retention (including cross-sell activities into VIPs and high value customers from their other existing brands).
  • Overseeing casino brand positioning.
  • Building the operational processes/procedures and team for the new online casino department.
  • Managing multi million Dollar budgets and P&L's.
  • Driving commercial growth and ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision.


Required Skills


  • Extensive experience working in the online casino industry within a senior marketing leadership role (Head of/Director level).
  • Cross channel marketing experience across both digital acquisition and retention.
  • Proven track record of driving user engagement and commercial success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and user behaviour.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
