An online casino and sports betting operator is expanding their operations. They are looking for someone that has experience with CRM and loyalty marketing. This is a hybrid role in the Toronto area. If you have marketing experience in casino, sports betting, or mobile games, this could be the role for you
Responsibilities
- Develop retention strategies for the company's customers
- Increase customer engagement and loyalty across different platforms
- Execute marketing campaigns and delegate responsibilities to direct reports as needed
- Understand customer segmentation and how to appropriately interact with each audience
- Stay current on best practices with email and SMS marketing
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners
- Manage the retention marketing budget and track KPI's
- Monitor competitor activity and strategy
Qualifications
- 6+ years of digital marketing and CRM experience
- Experience with online gaming
- Bachelor's in Marketing or a related field
- Expert understanding of CRM platforms and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented; critical and strategic thinker
