Senior D365 Business Analyst (SBA)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior D365 Business Analyst (SBA) . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and configuring Case Management solutions in Dynamics 365. As an SBA, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that clearly outline project objectives, functionalities, and success criteria.
  • Configure and customize Case Management solutions within Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business processes.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where existing processes can be improved or optimized.
  • Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user story sessions to elicit requirements.
  • Provide expertise in process mapping, workflow design, and system integration.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of solutions.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on BRD development and Dynamics 365 configuration.
  • D365 CE / Power Platform Experience.
  • Strong understanding of Case Management processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, use cases, and user stories.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
