**Role Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to evaluate processes, gather requirements, document constraints, and deliver recommendations to stakeholders
- Conduct design, prototype, and feedback sessions to identify efficiency and productivity improvement opportunities
- Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with the Core Applications Development Manager to convert business requirements into business and technical specifications
- Play a pivotal role in the future of our organization by actively contributing to the design, planning, and strategic execution of our upcoming close-based ERP implementation
- Actively participate in designing, developing, configuring, testing, and documenting ERP system improvements
- Identify and recommend continuous improvements to increase system stability, performance, and customer experience
- Participate in the quality assurance process of system enhancements and new feature releases
- Provide ongoing support for business systems, including troubleshooting issues, managing system configurations, and addressing user inquiries.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or financial management
- 5+ years of experience in participating in ERP feature enhancements or ERP development
- 5+ years of experience with at least one of the following ERPs: Sage 300, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft D365 for finance and operations or SAP for retail
- Participation in ERP implementations is considered an asset
- Hands-on experience in development methodologies such as agile and waterfall
- Strong understanding of operational business processes, including MRP, purchasing, inventory control, production, logistics, and financial management
- Proven track record of effective problem-solving skills with an ability to deal with the unknown
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrates a proactive and self-starting approach to tasks, with a strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to optimize productivity
- Adaptable, enthusiastic, and positive working attitude
