Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:


- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and interviews.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.

- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring all documents are filed appropriately.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.

- Coordinate and assist with company events, meetings, and team activities.


Human Resources Support:


- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.

- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).

- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR-related projects.


Qualifications:


Proven experience as an administrative assistant, HR assistant, or relevant role.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Previous experience in HR or a related field is an asset.
