Necessary Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and access to own car
- Permanent Canadian residency
- Functional bilingualism (strong English with working French)
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing needs and schedules
Key Tasks:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Shareholder, managing all communications and interactions with external parties
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the Shareholder's personal and professional life, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and personal errands
- Assist with the planning and execution of personal events and engagements
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Hire, coordinate and delegate tasks with general contractors and other service providers for various projects
- Coordinate accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as required
- Anticipate the Shareholder's needs and proactively address them, ensuring a smooth and productive workflow
