**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals in need. If you have a passion for helping others and possess the necessary skills, we welcome you to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Remind to take medication, as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Follow care plans and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in senior care, caregiving, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care and assisted living practices
- Ability to perform meal preparation and medication administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients
- Certification and referrals, a plus
