1. Systems Maintenance and Monitoring

○ Maintain on-premise infrastructure, including central server farm, branch file

servers, storage, telecommunication systems, and network devices (LANs, WANs, WLANs) and security appliances

○ Monitor system performance and availability to ensure uptime of mission critical IT infrastructure

2. Server Management

○ Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers

○ Ensure server performance, security and availability

○ Manage storage solutions and data integrity

3. Network Management

○ Oversee the configuration, management, and maintenance of the Company’s network infrastructure

○ Ensure network connectivity and performance

○ Manage network hardware such as routers, switches and access points

4. Security Management

○ Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization’s data, systems, and networks.

○ Monitor for security breaches and respond to incidents

○ Participate in regular security audits and risk assessments
