**Cam Clark Automotive Group **is looking for a professional and self-motivated **Network Systems Administrator**.

- Design, implement, and maintain full system and network access equipment such as firewalls, VPN, and switches.
- Configures and maintains employee profiles including network user ID creation and administration, user security, and group policy administration.
- Traveling to our other locations for on-site hardware installation, repair, and support. A valid driver’s license and passport may be required.
- Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the Microsoft 365 enterprise collaboration platform, managing components such as Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Intune.
- Maintaining local and cloud-based storage solutions between file shares, SharePoint, and cloud storage.
- Ensuring all corporate endpoints have completed updates, backups, and other various maintenance tasks.
- Overseeing the administration of both local and cloud-based PBX systems.
- Documenting all aspects of network infrastructure using various tools, design documents, and diagrams and ensuring updates and changes are properly documented.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and make recommendations for improved network and systems performance.
- Testing and evaluating products and services as potential solutions/incremental improvements, including participation in product trials and beta tests.
- Providing end-user support, as well as first response emergency resolution.
- Completes other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Completed a diploma in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or have up-to-date equivalent industry related certificates.
- Related Certificates: Network+, Security+, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA
- Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator certificate considered an asset.
- Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud experience considered an asset.
- Minimum four years of deskside technical support experience, with knowledge of the ITSM workflow.
- Minimum two years of experience within systems administration duties.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to generate creative ideas and solutions.
- Encouraged to work independently and contribute as a team member.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Network fundamentals including firewalls, switches, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
