Business Development Representative (Logistics Industry)

Location: 3 days per week onsite in Langley, BC (100% onsite to start)

Full-time Permanent position

Salary range is 50-65K + commissions


Our logistics industry client is looking for a Business Development Representative on a full-time. This position will start 100% onsite in Langley, BC with the potential to go hybrid 3 days onsite/week in the future with a base salary of 50-65K plus commissions (75-90K OTE in the first year).


This position will be primarily focused on new business development. Transportation/logistics sales experience is strongly preferred but also open to candidates earlier in their career that are trainable and coachable. We desire someone who has strong sales acumen is entrepreneurial, commissions motivated and comfortable with relationship-based sales. This role is based remotely with the flexibility to visit clients for face-to-face meetings.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Strong preference for transportation/logistics sales experience
  • Post-secondary graduate (BCIT type schools preferred)
  • Good relationship-based sales approach
