Location: Hybrid & Onsite in North Vancouver, BC, Canada 

Type: Full Time Employment

Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday – Friday)

Salary Range: CAD $33.65/hr – CAD $36.54/hr  

             


Role Summary


Be a part of our ongoing client projects by contributing to project execution and ensuring the project is proceeding according to project plans and deliverables.


What you’ll do:


  • Assist the Lead Design Consultant and Project Managers in executing organizational development projects.
  • Manage administrative tasks and communication associated with project implementation and follow up.
  • Contribute to process design initiatives.
  • Engage in tasks related to content design, marketing and online training programs as required.
  • Efficiently coordinate project activities and meeting timelines.
  • Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the length of projects.
  • Act as administrative support for the company and the projects, including meeting preparation, calendar management, and documentation management.
  • Prepare minutes, agendas, presentations, project deliverables, and other documentation
  • Professionally engage with a wide range of stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify, collect, and analyze project information and provide input and recommendations.
  • Analyze project data and producing progress reports.


What you bring:


  • 2-3 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator role preferably in a complex project environment in a large to medium size organization.
  • Proven ability to execute and complete tasks.
  • High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Proven strength in learning and adapting to using online apps and tools for organization and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of SmartSheet or other project management tools.
  • Experience working in complex environments with ambiguity and strong ability to navigate ongoing change.
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodology.
  • Demonstrated high level of emotional intelligence.
