Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compliance and logistics coordinator at 4th Avenue Imports Inc. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing compliance processes, conducting analysis, and communicating detailed compliance requirements/specification to the suppliers, factory and warehouse. The role will be primarily located in Dorval, QC, with flexibility for some remote work.


Additional role requirements:

  • Data entry/management : working alongside the operations manager for item/product management
  • Order entry/management: working alongside order entry / customer service team during peak periods to support order entry, and onboarding of new customers.


Qualifications

  • Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance experience. (HBC, COSTCO, REITMANS, etc...)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (cloud based)
  • Analytical Skills
  • Legal Compliance
  • Effective Communication
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Willingness to travel if required
  • Experience in the wholesale and distribution industry
