Warehouse Operations Supervisor in a Regulated Sector

We are in search of a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee our distribution center. This role is pivotal in managing stock levels, orchestrating shipments, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance productivity and operational efficiency
- Manage radioactive and pharmaceutical materials in compliance with regulations
- Oversee delivery timelines and logistics
- Supervise inventory management within the distribution center
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and maintain optimal storage conditions
- Participate in project initiatives and compliance audits
- Follow established safety protocols
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within warehouse or logistics management
- Bilingual proficiency
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience working independently
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks
- Valid forklift certification and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Certification for the transport of hazardous materials
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Capability to lift weights up to 23kg
