Our mission is simple yet powerful: to put high-quality, highly trained sales staff on the front lines to represent our clients with the utmost professionalism and success.
The Accommodations & Asset Manager works closely with the Operations department to achieve strategic and operational goals concerning the company’s accommodations, and equipment. The Accommodations component of this role is focused on building connections with local Landlords, Air BnB hosts, Hotel Management, etc. This role will manage the company's inventory including houses, offices, warehouses etc.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s facility inventory – including houses, offices, warehouses etc;
- Engages and collaborates with third party providers to obtain short-term, long-term, and permanent accommodations for YESA representatives.
- Serve as the primary contact concerning short-term and long-term accommodation requests.
- Required to travel every month for company housing inventory management, audit, repair, and replacement, and work with third party suppliers to set up maintenance of the company houses including snow removal and lawn care.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure company housing contain the current updated marking material.
- Track all accommodations in the YESA app and make sure these are updated.
- Establish insurance & maintenance services for new rental properties.
- Receives, evaluates, and addresses accommodation requests while ensuring all requests comply with company standards and policies.
- Ensures all company facilities are fully furnished, obtain the necessary equipment and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization, including leadership, staff and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm.
Starting Salary: $72,000 annually + performance bonus.
