Key Responsibilities- Determine equipment values and complete Asset Management Equipment Studies to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, drive growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on equipment leasing and asset management to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal business performance.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in asset management, equipment leasing, and/or financial services.
- University degree or equivalent; at least 10-15 years related work experience.
- Strong equipment knowledge, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, accurate and detailed-oriented.
- Advanced Excel skills, detail-oriented, organized, and ability to speak French is an asset.
