**Financial Operations Associate**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to join our Finance team at AMP Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and providing exceptional support to our advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and review advisor data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Resolve client debits and discrepancies, working closely with advisors to address any issues
  • Provide timely and effective support to advisors and clients, responding to their inquiries and requests
  • Reconcile account reports on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Assist with finance projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support advisor requests and ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in finance or a related field (an asset)
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with advisors and clients
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Sharepoint (an asset)
  • Experience with PureFees (considered an asset)
