Position: Corporate Recruiter

Location: Toronto - Remote/hybrid


The Corporate Recruiter role is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced FMCG/Retail environment.


In this role, you will be a core member of our HR Operations team, providing support in the staffing needs of managing partners. The principal responsibility for the role is to source and recruit candidates across departments. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will work with a diverse HR team, contributing toward a continuous improvement of HR services especially in recruitment.


You will be:


- Work closely with the talent team to understand hiring needs

- Develop creative strategies to support business recruitment requirements in the organization

- Identify and utilize useful tech talent channels, social media, and other creative tools to source candidates and build a sustainable product and talent pool

- Identify, assess, and manage the candidates through the recruitment process and support the full employee life cycle

- Hold up high standards of candidate experience, contribute ideas to employer branding

- Utilize data and metrics to generate recruitment insights, market research to enhance the overall effectiveness


You Are:


- Someone who wants to be part of the fun and nurturing People team

- 3-5 years of recruitment particularly in retail

- Experienced utilizing Workday software is a must

- Technically savvy (MS Office Suite)

- Experienced in research and market mapping to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates

- A resourceful self-starter who can create systematic and effective sourcing pipelines, keenest to stay ahead of the competition

- Adaptable and not shy from being creative to evolve with business needs
