What We Are Looking For

Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual based in Montreal, who is fully bilingual in English and French. You have experience managing Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts and coordinating orders from key accounts. You’re also skilled at overseeing large account shipping guidelines and, ideally, have familiarity with EDI systems.

You’re meticulous, capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, and always keep a calm and positive attitude. As a reliable team player, you thrive in a collaborative, open-space work environment.

Important note: This position is based primarily in their Montreal office, and is not a remote role.


Key Responsibilities:

- Support sales by processing sales orders and providing product information.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both English and French.

- Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce - Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts.

- Enter orders into the company’s QuickBooks accounting system.

- Provide excellent customer service, including processing and collecting payments.

- Work directly with the sales team to coordinate key account projects, including setting up new product listings and ensuring timely deliveries.

- Update and maintain product information databases and price lists.

- Coordinate with the logistics/warehouse team to ensure orders are shipped on schedule.

- Provide support across various company functions—flexibility to take on multiple roles is essential.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Must be fully bilingual in English and French (many of their customers are international)

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Experience managing Amazon Vendor and/or Seller accounts.

- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

- Adaptable, and able to handle evolving responsibilities and shifting priorities.

- Strong ability to track and meet deadlines.

- Comfortable using technology and team productivity apps such as Monday.com.

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- A proactive team player who takes initiative and is engaged in their role.

- Comfortable working in an open office environment.

- Enjoying playing board games is a plus

Principales responsabilités :

- Soutenir les ventes en traitant les commandes et en fournissant des informations sur les produits.

- Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone et par courrier électronique, en anglais et en français.

- Gérer et maintenir les comptes vendeurs et vendeurs Amazon de l'entreprise pour le commerce électronique.

- Saisir les commandes dans le système comptable QuickBooks de l'entreprise.

- Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle, y compris le traitement et la collecte des paiements.

- Travailler directement avec l'équipe de vente pour coordonner les projets de comptes clés, y compris la mise en place de nouvelles listes de produits et l'assurance de livraisons en temps voulu.
