As a Sales & Service Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for technically assisting in troubleshooting and failure analysis and championing all aspects of service repairs to meet the customer’s satisfaction while onsite. Key Responsibilities:

Develop a thorough knowledge of all mechanical, electrical and software aspects and theory of CFR products.

Develop a fundamental ability to apply this knowledge in troubleshooting, problem solving and basic training of end-users and distributors without on-site guidance.

Proactively assist Engineering with current and new product development and field testing (setup, organization, and execution).

Provide input to Technical Training Manager for existing and new products.

Proactively support Engineering, Commercial and Service with product voice of customer (VOC) activity, new product training, technical sales, and upselling strategies to be applied.

Assist in developing new service offerings using the use of kits, products, tools, and service programs.

Promptly coordinate and assume the responsibility to ensure closure of customer service-related issues via email or site visits.

Submit detailed reports concerning inspections, service work, start-ups, failure analysis, and regional activities; update issues by using CRM.

Provide input on technical publications such as service bulletin’s, O&M, installation, part catalogs and new product manuals and ensure customer circulation and understanding.

Quote and provide service assistance through supporting all users.

Remain current and develop a base level of proficiency on all industry standards (e.g., ASTM)


What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience: Associates degree or equivalent from an accredited college or technical school; or 2 to 4 years related technical service, refining, mechanical and/or training experience.

Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally 75%.

Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of mechanical and electrical concepts with an ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develop alternative solutions as required.

Effective Communication: Ability to professionally communicate verbally, in writing, and over the phone and build relationships

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate across organizational boundaries

Multitasking: Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks to changing priorities, and make decisions in a fast-paced and complex environment

Analytical: Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and personal organization skills.
