Summary of Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop sales strategies and targets, analyze their sales, assign sales territories, and build the team as required. Collaborate in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that align with the Company’s long-term vision and short-term goals. Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, cold outreach, and leveraging social media channels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and collaboration within the Sales team. Champion leadership development and Sales team’ planning priorities by assessing, selecting, retaining, and developing diverse, high-caliber talent that can lead the Sales today and strengthen the leadership bench for the future. Lead the team to meet the development of new accounts, maintaining and increasing the current ones, and achieving the sales goals established for them. Implement ongoing training programs for the team, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry knowledge.
  • Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, Strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing superior customer service that exceeds their needs, developing future business opportunities, and gaining referrals.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and innovative thinking to drive growth.  Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure our offerings remain at the forefront of innovation and sustainability.
  • Sustainability Champion: Champion sustainability initiatives both internally and externally, aligning sales efforts with our commitment to environmental stewardship.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor market trends and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Demonstrated experience in problem identification and resolution for product distribution, with customers and employees

  • Proven ability to craft and implement sales strategies in line with company and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated skill in fostering and sustaining long-term relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Expertise in initiating and overseeing sales training programs aligned with industry standards
  • Proficient in managing sales budgets, resource allocation, and ensuring ROI
  • Adept at using digital platforms relevant to sales, including analytics, marketing, and business social media


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
